Where Is Millicent After Giving Her The Needle And How To Continue
Navigating Millicent's questline in Elden Ring can occasionally leave players confused about where she travels next after handing over the Unalloyed Gold Needle. Restoring her health at the Church of Plague is only the first major milestone in her long journey across the Lands Between. Understanding how to trigger her relocations and where to meet her ensures you do not miss out on her vital assistance and quest rewards.
Finding Millicent at Gowry's Shack
After you administer the Unalloyed Gold Needle to Millicent at the Church of Plague, you must rest at a nearby Site of Grace to advance her dialogue. Once she stands up and cures her affliction, she will depart from the church permanently.
Her immediate next location is Gowry's Shack, located just south of Sellia in Caelid. Visiting this location reveals Millicent visiting Gowry before she sets off on her personal journey toward the north.
Meeting Millicent at the Erdtree-Gazing Hill
To continue her narrative, players must progress into the Altus Plateau region. Millicent can be found standing near the Erdtree-Gazing Hill Site of Grace, looking out over the landscape.
Speaking with her here triggers a request for assistance regarding her lost sword arm. Delivering the Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom item to her at this spot allows her to fight alongside you once again.
Tracking Millicent to Windmill Village
After receiving her prosthetic arm in Altus Plateau, Millicent moves further northeast to Dominula, Windmill Village. Players must defeat the Godskin Apostle boss located at the peak of the village before she appears.
Once the boss is defeated, rest at the newly unlocked Site of Grace and find Millicent standing nearby. Exhausting her dialogue here prepares her for the final stages of her questline in the late-game snowy regions.
Advancing to the Mountaintops and Elphael
Following her appearance at Windmill Village, Millicent travels to the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins in the Mountaintops of the Giants. Speaking to her at the camp grants further insights into her connection to Malenia.
Her final location is within Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree, near the Prayer Room Site of Grace. Players must defeat the Defiled Root Monster in the nearby rot pool to unlock the final summon signs that decide her ultimate fate.
